Empowerment and Person-centred Support Level 3 -TUTOR LED BY NICOLA SIMPSON Of - Montgomery Simpson Training

The Level 3 Empowerment and Person-Centre Support is designed for social care managers who work autonomously, either providing care in complex situations or leading services for adults with a learning disability or autistic adults.  The training assumes some prior understanding of the legislation and practice which underpin effective person-centred support.

This course provides you with the knowledge and skills to lead and manage services in which service users feel in control, valued, motivated and supported.  It will enable you to promote genuine partnerships with service users, families and carers to plan and monitor care which recognises the needs, wishes and preferences of each individual.
