The Adult Support and Protection Live Online Training Course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to recognise, report and prevent adult abuse and neglect. This course is aimed at professionals and individuals who work with vulnerable adults and want to enhance their understanding of the different forms of abuse, the signs and symptoms, and the appropriate response to these situations.
The course will provide an overview of the legislative and policy frameworks that are in place to support the protection of vulnerable adults. Participants will learn about their legal responsibilities in reporting and responding to suspected abuse, as well as the importance of safeguarding vulnerable adults and promoting their rights and dignity.
The Adult Support and Protection Live Online Training Course is delivered in an interactive online class, via zoom , over one day ,making it accessible and convenient for busy professionals and individuals across Scotland.
