The aim of this course is to examine legal issues related to record keeping and to provide information on best practice standards of record keeping. Students who complete this course will have gained a good understanding of how to effectively develop care documentation and what the legal implications of poor record keeping involve. They will also have learned about professional issues such as Access, Confidentiality and Disclosure.
